Real Estate for Sale
The Virginia Tech Foundation accepts gifts of real estate for the benefit of the University. Some gifts are retained by the Foundation and used by the University to fulfill program needs, yet most donated real estate is sold, with the proceeds directed into the endowment for reinvestment and in accordance with the donors’ wishes. Often, donors specify that the proceeds of their gifts support scholarships, fellowships and professorships.
To learn more about how to make your gift of real estate work for Virginia Tech, its students and its faculty, please call the Foundation’s real estate office at 540-231-2875.
